discharging white fluid from penis for years

for years you are dealing with white penile discharge and you haven't do anything about this? But also it can be an inflammation of my urethra, and also you might are dealing with some bacterial infection. Usually, this doesn't hurt while you are urinating, but it bothers you, right? Whenever you notice some problems that are similar to this one, seek medical help.
