am 14 weeks pregnant but i always discharge some white fluid from my vagina n is ichy too so can it affect my baby and what can i do to cure it

Congratulations on the pregnancy.
Having some discharge is NORMAL. While you always have some discharge it increases during pregnancy due to the increase in hormones.
It could also be bacterial vaginosis or a yeast infection BUT - see your ob/gyn or other healthcare provider before you try to treat this.
