Hope you had a wonderful Diwali. Belated wishes :)

Unfortunately, due to the change in season and so much dust and smoke in the air, my skin is having a very difficult time. I have an acute acne attack and at the same time, there is severe pigmentation and itching.

How do I deal with this?

Please help.
