Hi:
Have you considered the stress factor? This could be important. Have you considered your diet? Google "Food Pyramid" to see how you are doing with your daily nutritional plan. Diets can affect you in a lot of critical ways. Are you anemic? If you have not already, try a specialist, like an endocrinologist, who specializes in glandular issues. Those issues can affect your body systems, i.e. cardiac, pituitary, renal, etc. Have you ever had thyroid issues. The endocrinologist is the specialist in that area. If you are not seeing a specialist, please consider it. If you have a teaching hospital with a reputation for their work in different medical areas, you might have more success there. Local hospitals and small medical offices are not usually equipped or as informed as the larger, more recognized hospitals. Don't suffer with those symptoms. Get answers. They are out there, you just have to keep knocking on the right doors. I wish you the best. Let us know what you find out and how you are doing.

TO me it sounds like a lot of what you are going through is going to be hard to say. Your symptoms are vague and they could be a lot of different things so I don't want to speculate as to what it could be. It could be stress, which is always a major factor in unexplained problems, but then again, because you pass out frequently, it could be low blood pressure. In fact, that sounds more likely than anything else. I think you should see another doctor for a second opinion--I hope that he can help.
