Since marijuana is a psychological addiction, find other things to occupy your time and you will find yourself getting over giving up from smoking easily.
I would expect lack of sleep and poor appetite to be symptoms from marijuana withdrawal, maybe slight stress if the person is thinking about marijuana and can't occupy themselves.
These other symptoms found in the beginning of the thread sound like something more severe is at work than simple marijuana withdrawal. Sounds more like a bug to me.
In any case, heres some free advice as I see it neglected so often and people end up with problems as a result:
As always with any substance, make sure you have a good diet with plenty of nutrition, this is the biggest reason users of drugs get ill - they tend to abuse their diet and live on junk. That crud isn't good for your body in quantities, nor is it good for the brain. Especially the brain. Drugs use the brains resources and you need to replenish them. Get some brain food, oily fish and omega fatty acids are the brains best food and will help you mentally especially. :)

Marijuana is not addictive. The desire to smoke marijuana after stopping is strictly psychological.

Back in 2009, I was in and out of the hospital because I was having severe dizziness episodes and didn't know what was going on, when I went to the emergency room, I was given medication for the dizziness, such as a dyaretic
It seemed to have gone away until about two weeks later, so I went back in the emergency room, doctor examined me, and told me that I had a sinusitus ( which is a sinus infection) and what happens is that you can get fluid in the area behind your ear, and that can be a major cause for the dizziness, also, you might want to take your tempature when you have the chills because, normally people asssume than you have to be hot in order to run a tempature, but it's just quite the opposite.
My doctor recommended that I take an over the counter decongestent, what that will do is it will dry out all of that fluid that is behind your ears, which is the perfect solution to any fluid.
