I have been dizzy for two days now with a headache in the bacof my head. Also I have presure in the front and top of my head. I have never had a migraine. could this be what this is?

It would be very unlikely that this is a migraine. they are characterised by debilitating pain usually focussed over one side of the head / eye, if you had one for the first time you wouldnt be waiting 2 days and still carrying on with your life, it's not the type of thing normal meds will ease. the term migraine is banded about by many people, most of which have never had one! It sounds more like a headache related to stress / illness or hormones. try taking over the counter remedies and if you are still having prblems see your doctor
