i have been feeling very dizzy, tired and i have had a lot of headaches. i had a blood test and it came out great. then i had an mri. they said that i have a pineal cyst and that there may be something wrong with my pituitary gland and i have to have a blood test. so do you think that this is why i am dizzy all the time or is it something else and i have more problems to deal with???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

i have been dizzy and light-headed for over 3 weeks now...mri came back with 1cm cystic pineal gland they are sending me to balane therapy as my equalbrium is way off..inner ear left side is off and i get tingling/numbness throughout the day on left side of neck, arm and hand....can ms be a factor if my mri came back fine?
