Hello, I had unprotected oral sex a week ago i had no symptoms til today I have tonsils stones, swollen tonsils, red throat, body acne, mild itchy legs, arms, and i had a couple body aches and headaches , diarrhea, thing is i think its herpes, or hiv , or probably syphillis, or mono or tonsillitis so if anyone can make a conclusion to those that would be great
