I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I've never had unprotected sex and have only ever slept with one person.
I've been sexually active for the past 5 months.
I've found a lump near my labia that has been there for about a month now. its fleshy coloured and doesn't hurt and in the past few days i've also been really itchy in my vaginal region.

i'm really scared that i have an STI but i dont see how i could have caught one if i always use a condom. please help!
