Do small testicles affect fertility in men?

You looking for solution to the problem? or a possible answer to the cause? Above I've posted something that might interest you. The cause... About treatments, I don't know if there can be any, for now all I know to be ok, is accept it and live plentyfull withit. G.luck

I want to know is there any treatment or medicine to fix this problem or no.

I've always felt that my nuts are on the small side of Normal.  My wife and I have had three children.  She conceived during the first cycle each time we made an effort to conceive.  We just started having unprotected sex on the 9th day following the start of her period and continued each night for a week.  At the end of each month we did this she was pregnant.  I don't thing small nuts prevents pregnancy as long as you are producing sperm.  It only takes one sperm cell to make it happen.

I'm flabberghasteded by all the haters out there.....the doctor who ansered this question made it quite clear that size of testes don't have anything to do with sperm count and ability to impregnate!   I have the smallest balls in the world and beat everyone on this thread in that dept. and sired two beutiful boys w/o any 2nd tries:)  So stop your negative feedback now!

yes they do spent 20 years with a man with small testicles, he has had no sex drive hardly for the last 15 years i had 2 kids before i met him he had a low sperm count when went to the docs about 14 years ago. hes never been able to have a child, or have sex hardly for the last 12 years even when i met him he couldnt have full sex couldnt ejaculate for years, managed it on the rare occasion. tells me nothing wrong with him. not had sex for well over a year moody moaning git, nothing wrong with him he keeps telling me that! , v low sex drive wants a firend not a partner. wont go to the docs im 11 years younger. never had such a cold sexless relationship till i met him esp these last 12 years. makes me feel ugly and unwanted and has done for years try and live with that and a guy with nuts the size of peanuts making you feel bad

   not all men do im sure some of you will go on to have babies and good on you if you try and it does not work then go get checked. my old man despite not having kids thinks hes something special he not, i was 23 when i met him it just doesnt affect having babies it effects your sex drive. i looked in the mirror today and despise the age gap i look and feel so much older. men age you esp when they pretend to be something they are not.must be a yr and a half now since we had sex,  i dont even know what is going through his head but its not me 11 years younger gfriend cant and never has had a child i give up trying to figure him out he will be up tonight again watching late night tv

My wife and I tried for 6 years to conceive and were just not able to. I went to have a sperm count check and my numbers were way low, and the rate at which they swam was very low, as well as the shape of the sperm was abnormal. I was referred to a urologist who told me my balls were about half the size of "normal" testicles for a man my age (27 at the time), and that he had quite frankly never seen any as small as mine save for elderly men who no longer produce much testosterone. He also said that my scrotal sack was well below average and that my overall reproductive organs were underdeveloped and that we'd be lucky to ever conceive. He had this discussion in front of my wife and it pissed her off. As she puts it "He made it sound like you were not a real man because everything's so small down there."
After chelation therapy for me and uterine fibroids removed for her, we finally conceived and now have a beautiful 12 year old sob. Interestingly, since then we have not used birth control and have never even had a pregancy scare.
I truly believe that while having small testes is not a main factor in conceiving, it plays a major part in it.

Hi, I'm 30 years old and I have just got married. My wife and I like most couples plan to have children, but I'm kind of insecure in myself. We have been trying to get a baby for 2 months now but she didn’t get pregnant. We are considering some options why this hasn’t happened so far but I'm afraid that it could be me. I have unusually small testicles and I think that this could be the cause. Could that be true? Does the size of mans testicles affect his ability to have children.

I was recently told by my endocrinologist that because my testicles are smaill I would not have been able to have fathered children,plus the fact I have lot testosterone.

I had undescended testis at my birth and had an operation when I was about six.one of my balls, the one that had operation is relatively small comparing to the other one.and my penis is just 4.5".Is there any connection of it from my previous situation(undescended testicles)

i went out with a man name aaron he did have a penis very small but he no balls so i don't understand how a man who goes back to a broken marriage and before had 4 cut children that are now grown adults please help me to understand why ?????????? thank u so much for u to responded to this, cuz i am no longer with him thank u and have a great day sincererly olga

I have seven kids (all look like me by the way, including the genetically inherited cleft chin) and I have a right testicle the size of a grape.

So to the OP - ignore the comment above and don't worry. Two months is not very long. If after a few more months your wife still sin't pregnant then both of you can get checked.
