do you get severe chronic pains?

I have sciatica, it's killing me. I'm not joking, sometimes I'm almost crying with pain. I take Ponston, without food, sometimes with booze, it takes away the pain, yet I know it's wrong and doing damage to my stomach.

Thank you guys for the suggestion, I will try that   If I can get it here? Actually, I will try anything at this stage. Although, I havstar edited walking and light exercise, I just hope it helps. Thanks again.
