Do you need fill your Bladder before vaginal ultra sound?

It depends upon what type of ultrasound you are having.  The two common types:

In a trans-vaginal ultrasound, usually it's done with the bladder empty.

A trans-abdominal ultrasound, usually the bladder is full.  It moves the uterus into a better position to view.

Check with your doctor or technician.
