Hello, folks. I have been experiencing some vision troubles. I visited my ophthalmologist. After examinations, doctors are still not sure if it is macular pucker or traction. I would like to know something more about this. It would be great if someone knew to answer me this. Thank you in advance.

Hi, there. Macular pucker is a scar tissue localized on macula. It is located on retina. It is located on retina. It is also known as epiretinal membrane, cellophane maculopathy, etc. Symptoms vary from no vision loss to severe vision loss. However, severe vision loss is uncommon. Macular traction is caused by a force. As far as I could understand you, you didn’t mention any eye trauma. I hope doctors will decide what is wrong with you and make a proper treatment. Good luck!
