I am going to Africa this summer, Kenya more specifically. I have to say that I have a sensitive skin and that I have to be cautious about the sun. Does first degree burns include solar burns? Will I actually be ok with some creams with a very high UV factor?

Hmm, sensitive skin and sunbathing-always a bad combination. Sometimes event the best skin protecting products are not able to help with the sun factor. In those cases, the only smart thing to do is to avoid the sun, at leas in those hours when the sun rays are most dangerous. And if the burn is characterized with redness of the skin only, we can say that it is a first degree burn.
