does leep procedure hurt after surgery?

I had this done just over a week ago. Although I had no pain, I felt invaided and strange. Ive had a discharge and Im now having non period bleeding - but after reading posts on this site, Im assured is normal. In my experience - Just slight discomfort - NO PAIN AND DONT WORRY!

I had my leep procedure done 4 days ago. Please don't read any of the horror stories as mine was also painless. The only thing that was uncomfortable was freaking myself out before hand. I was shaking and acting rediculous!! : ) I took a valium and Loretab an hour before the procedure and then the doctor numbed my cervix and continued with the leep. My doctor was amazing, and I truely believe that it is how your doctor proceeds witht he procedure that honestly makes all the difference. My doctor also allowed my mom to come in with me, and that was very relaxing. Thanks Dr. Seigel!! God Bless you all also.
