After my latest pap smear showed I have CIN3 my ob-gyn immediately scheduled me for the leep procedure. From what she explained, the goal of the procedure is to remove affected cells from my cervix and she assured me that leep should not affect my chances of getting pregnant. But after the procedure I will have only one day off work and then I have to be back up on my feet, so I’m hoping that ladies who had the procedure done could tell me should I expect bleeding or will it hurt afterward. Are over the counter pain killers be enough for me to get through that second day?
