while I agree that it isn't an efficient calorie burning method, it is exercise(and all exercise causes some level of calorie burn).
Also just curious how would ejaculating make you lose testosterone?. If that were the case 14 year old's puberty would halt if the started masturbating excessively (which a lot of them do), but that doesn't happen.
