how do you continue to lose weight for the six weeks i have done this before and did well am doing it again have lost 5 pounds the first week but day 3 of the second week have not lost any doing the same thing i dont really want to switch it up as it worked and is easy.any suggestions please...

I don't know what diet you are on so it is difficult to say what is going on this time using the same diet.  If you are on a low carb diet such as Atkins you may be taking in more carbs than allowed and this will pull you out of ketosis and you will stop losing weight.  However, whatever your diet is you might add some exercise to that to burn more calories.  Remember, you have to burn more calories then you take in to lose weight.  The other thing you could try is to reduce your caloric intake by 500 Calories or so for a week and see if that makes a difference.  But, really, in order to help you I need to know the diet you are using, how many calories you are taking in and your current weight.
