I got kicked out of phoenix house in 2011. first they gave me the standard 5 panel, came up clean. then a separate dip stick bupe test, which I came up dirty. so I assumed sub tests are seperate. I don't know if they've always been on a 10 panel test but today I did a 10 panel test and bupe showed up. I did like a 1/16th of a generic pill, the AN something 2 days prior. I wasn't sweating cause I figured it would be a 5 panel. but when I heard them say bupe I was like wtf....so it's either been on the 10 panel or somewhere between 2011 and now it's been added.

Buprenorphine will NOT cause a positive result on tests for other opiates. The typical urine tests used to detect methadone, oxycodone, heroin, and other opioids check for a different metabolite than that found with buprenorphine and will not show a positive result. I work in an office that does all types of drug screens I should know. Plus they would have to request that specific test for buprenorphine aka suboxone, methadone etc... and IT'S NOT AN OPIATE! IT'S AN OPIATE ANTAGONIST! IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT IS GOOGLE IT, IT'S TOO MUCH TO WRITE. GOOD DAY!

I am sorry, but most o you are clueless and shouldn't have even answered, Suboxone is it's own, it is the strongest opiate there is, and is under it's own classification, and requires special testing! Also, just so you all know, every single thing you put in your body of the substance area, and I mean smoking weed and even ciggs, and alcohol all end up as opiates on your brain!!! TICU, is the process I believe, it has been years since I studied this c**p. Anyways rjsmom, your son didn't die from Suboxone use, he was taking something else, most likely benzo's!! I wish people didn't just make stuff up and or lie or guess about something they don't know about!!!!

You seem to be clueless, it doesn't show up LabCorp 10 panel drug test. I take it. I would know!!! As someone said earlier, suboxone is its own class drug, so if the drug test doesn't say suboxone/buprenorphine on it then your not being tested for it, your safe. Your being tested for opiates like heroin and other pills, but not this stuff. A suboxone test costs way to much for employers to deal with. Lets say you do get tested for specifically suboxone then you should have a prescription to be taking it and you can't be discriminated by a job from it.

I had a saliva drug test and took my suboxone right before. Got kicked out for having oxy. Never took any oxy though.
