Dear sir,
I have a few pimples on the scrotum,almost the color of the skin.At times it irritates and severe scraching of the pimples causes oozing of blood.Apart from this I have no health problem.
If I apply antiseptic cream on the pimples there is no irritation, but the pimples do not disappear.
Please advise.
