usually my periods occur a month and a half apart... this period was 3 weeks after my last one. I've been experiencing light to medium cramps with a seriously heavy flow. It soaked right through my jeans. I was horrified. I usually have light to medium periods... but this is really heavy. Also in the blood seems to be clear fluid. It's really really weird. Am I going nuts?

Many women experience changes in their menstrual patterns with no apparent cause. What you experience with your last period could have been something transient and may never happen again. However, if there were something going on, it would happen again, so i reckon you should wait for your next period and see what it happens. Gynecologist recommend waiting three abnormal periods in a row to have it checked, if it's not something too weird.
Anyway, if you experience any breakthrough bleeding or any other similar problems, you should definitely have it checked!
