Early Menstruation, Black blood and tissue

Don't worry, it's completely normal for your period to be irregular for the first year or two. I started when I was 10, and I would sometimes go two or three months without a period! I was soooooo freaked out, so I went and saw my doctor. She told me that it's common for periods to be irregular for awhile. It started becoming more consistent when I turned 14 a year ago, and now it's completely consistent. No worries! As for the black discharge, I've just started experiencing that also, which is why I'm on this site looking for answers.

i know this is an old thread but i need some advice, last month 5 days before my period was due i had brown almost black blood/discharge for about 1 and a half days, well i waited and my normal period never came never had the normal cramping i have nothing, now this month around ovulation i was in very bad pain for 2 days now i am about 4/ 5 dpo and im so tired, my boobs feel very heavy and sore and im weeing all the time, its been 6 weeks since ive had a 'normal' period, i did do a test and it said i was not pregnant, but why did i not have a proper period last month did i not ovulate, thanks for anyone who gives advice, im 30 years old.

The same thing happened to me and the black discharge lasted for 3 days without any red blood.could it be dat I neva had my periods for this month I just had old blood.

hello im 24 years old same thing here but i have my irregular menstration. last last year  i got pregnant  when 3mos. old my baby died becouse of the anti-biotic that i have been take i didnt noticed that im pregnant that time because im ireg. 2mos 3mos delay so i did not expect and now still ireg and first time i notice yesterday i got a spotting color brown and then now it turns to color black i thought i got my mens. but right now theres no red blood at all even when i get pee theres no red blood what do you think is the caused guise? and what will happend? 

Hi , I have also same problem from two days , I am getting dark spotting blood at the time and Im worrying about it. It is my nearly menstruation period but the blood is not usual like other menstruation period. Blood is Dark red or Black, and chunky. Actually I had PRN One week ago so Im getting confuse it is the cause of medication or other thing .

That's totally normal. If you've only just started your period, it's going to be irregular for at least a year until it balances out

Hello all. I had my delivery 9months back( c.s) since last couple of months I'm getting my periods black. After a normal period of 4-5days. I stay on for 8-10days then it starts again in 3-4 days. What could be wrong? Do I need to see gyno??

i had two contraceptives in a period of three days..and my period is two weeks early ..the flow is too less and blackish at times..is there anything i need to worry about...will i get a regular period on the same dates as before or this is my regular period..not able too figure out..please help guys.

Hi, I am 13 I JUST turned 13. And I have had my period for a couple months now. And it can be stress but it is probably just old blood. So, it has been exposed to air. and has experienced oxygen I had that happen to me a couple of times and I went and had it checked out. And that's what they told me. IT IS TOTS NORMAL. And if you want to tell you mom.....Tell Her... Its not a big DEAL....ATTT ALLLL!!! So, don't worry about it. and if you are wearing a tampon, then change it a little more often. And if not just tell your mom and talk to her. You know she has had the same probs same boobs, vagina! Went through it all. So, she knows. Don't be afraid to talk to her about it. Ok? And just talk to her about EVERYTHING.

What if your a guy

I know it's embarrassing but you need to talk to your mom. I have a daughter and if she was going through something that scared her, I would want to know. It may run in your family or she may want you to see her doctor. We moms know that it is hard to talk about these things, but trust me...it will help both of you and open new doors to your relationship. If she is not helpful or concerned (which I am sure she will be) you can talk to your school nurse or your best friend's mom. Bottom line...talk to someone.

Does birth control make your period black and sticky with clots that stretch between your fingers? I took Krimson 35 for 21 days, then a week later got normal periods. now, its only 15 days since the last day of my period, and now I am experiencing thick black discharge with clots and abdominal cramps. Is it just an early period, or do i need to go see a doctor? I am worried.
