early pregnancy and meningitis injection

hello
im a muslim and want to perform hajj this month
im 26yrs
just three days ago i found out that im pregnant thru a blood test
now i dont know how many days
but the prob is.........
prophylactic meningitis injection is a must for hajj requirement
i asked a dr. she refused to give me the injection....
now in order to perform hajj i need its certificate that i got this injection
is it ok if i get a fake certificate and go for hajj...
i mean performing hajj will not harm my baby....????
i hope not
but plz confirm me this much
