hi mame i would like to say my wife face some problem before one year. i have 2 kids there for she take T inside body . afters 2 years she throw out now there is some problems inside alot of  jirms inside there for she cant pregnent . now we want child can you tell me how to get she is pregnent . plz tell me any tablet for pregnecy plz help hy
