Over-masturbation internally or externally causes urinary incontinence. Since the female urethra is very short, external masturbation on the clitoris can irritate the first inch of the urethral nerves. If you use the vibrator for clitoral stimulation, the vibrating energy can penetrate very deep into your G-spot, urethral/bladder sphincter and bladder, even your uterus. The urethral and bladder's parasympathetic continence-control nervous circuits of S1-2's (GVA-GSE) pudendal nerves and S2-4's Pelvic (GVA-GVE) Splanchnic Nerves will become fatigue and damaged by excessive vibrational energy. Also, it will causes L2's sympathetic lumbar splanchinc (GVE)/orgasmic nerves to the bladder to misfire during sexual arousal, resulting in urethral female ejaculation. Over-masturbation or over-stimulation on the G-spot before the erection/engorgement of the urethral/vaginal spongy tissues can directly abrade the urethral and urethral/bladder sphincter nerves. When you were in your puberty during ages 8-16, your vaginal lining is too fatty and thick, and you can not erect your urethral/vaginal spongy tissues properly, due to a high level of estrogen to grow your 2nd sexual characteristics and a high estrogen-testosterone and progesterone-tsetosterone ratio in your bloodstream and tissues (including your vagina.).

You would frequently try very hard in an attempt to achieve orgasm. Chronically, your over-masturbation has abraded your clitoral and vaginal/urethral spongy tissues and the nervous circuits in your clitoris, urethra, G-spot, sphincter and bladder. As a result, you have experienced chronic urethral irritation (for men, it is classified or diagnosed as "prostatitis") and urinary incontinence. The situation can be worsened if you get older. The urinary incontinence associated with chronic over-masturbation during puberty and over-stimulation of the G-spot has been well documented. You have to repair and recharge the damaged nervous circuits for restoration of your continence. You also have to take a couple-week sexual break to let the damaged tissues and nerves heal back.

Hi , hope you are doing well . Yes it is true masturbation can lead to hair loss and other nutrients from your body for ex in ur bone joins calcium phosphates is needed to strengthen it but when you masturbate alot resulting in sperm loss your body tries to use more calcium phosphates in the production of Semen , not only that but it also takes up protien which is vital for hair growth . i am 16 i started when i was 11 but now i am stoppping as i found out even though masturbation is considered "NATURAL" by most people ,it is more dangerous when you do it . So do not listen to people who say its okay and stuff . I was a great soccer player , cricket player , sprinter and people looked up to me as a great sprinter and i was first in studies but now i have lost everything and i am really depressed but nevertheless i promised my god and my self that i will not do it again , now i am happy because it was masturbation that kept me in the darkness and now i came to knoew about it and surely leave it as i want my body to recover

please do not evenn do it 1 time a week , its very dangerous . FROM my personal experience if you keep on wanking then you would find yourself in a very emotional state!

What nonsense replies. The human body is designed to have frequent sex. This is evidenced by the proportionately large testicles in the male. Masturbation and sex are no different physically and should not have adverse effects. In fact quite the opposite. If you do not masturbate you will emit semen on your sleep anyway as it is dangerous not to emit semen regularly. I am a 52 year old woman and have no problems masturbating, no health problems and no guilt. Just relax and enjoy.
