hello just wondering if any one could tell me if endocet and hydrocodone will show up different or the same in a urine test . i have a script for endocet but recently ran out had to take hydrocodone and my pain dr often does urine tests to make sure im not on anything else,

Just from experience not sure what endocet is exactly but however I am currently monitored through the court on color code and they can tell through your urine if you are taking hydrocodone or oxycodone they test specifically for different drugs not just in the same class I learned that one the hard way because I looked up online if hydros and oxycodones would show up the same on a drug test and it specifically told me yes they were wrong it caused me alot of problems and money so I would not chance it especially if they are checking for abusing the drug hope this helps.

No, endocet is oxycodone/acetaminophen...totally different. And yes, they do show different on a drug test.

I'm confused on the "Endoset and Hydrocodone" subject. I always get either Peroset10/325 or Oxycodone 10/325.
I ONLY take my meds-get drug tested monthly. It w/b STUPID to take anything else!
Took my drug test last month doc asked me if I took hydrocodone. I was so shocked and speechless. I said NO why? She told me I tested positive for hydrocodone. Told her only differ meds I took "Endoset". Then she said "wait they had to have maken a mistake." I said this happened once before with Endoset! I said yeah I'm on OC40mg and Perc10 2x'day...WHY would I take a chance? My docs...If you "fail drug test" - you have to wait 2wks for meds. I don't want a freakn Urinalysis Professional to make a MISTAKE on my Urine Test. I'm LIVID
