My grandson was born with an enlarged kidney. He is 2Yrs. old. They took him off antibiotics when he was a yr. old. He has not had a urinary tract infection, but now he has fluid around his testicles called hydrocele. Is this caused from the enlarged kidney? Will he need surgery? How dangerou is this in a child?
