It is possible, but you have to be exam by physician. I can’t give you diagnose. What you should know is that esophageal spasm is a disorder of the propulsive movements of the esophagus caused by malfunctioning nerves. Muscle spasms throughout the esophagus typically are felt as chest pain under the breastbone coinciding with difficulty in swallowing liquids or solids, but esophageal spasm also may produce severe pain without swallowing difficulty. This pain is described as a squeezing pain under the breastbone.
