i am 19 years old and have been sexually active for 4 or so years, but have only had unprotected sex a couple of times with a partner who was tested to be clean, although this is over a year ago now.
over the last 6 months or so i have developed an excema-like rash on the outside of my foreskin. it seemed to spread a little when i first noticed it and covers about an inch-square patch. it is totally painless, no burning or itching etc, although it is a little dry.
it is more noticable when my penis is flacid (or straight after sex or masturbation as the rash looks a little red)
my sexualy partners have never seemed to notice, although im sure it would be a slight turn off if they did.
i have tried sudacrem which has always cleared excema on my body up in the past, and also tried a cream for fungal infection, but neither really did anything.....
any ideas?
