I have a painless rash on the foreskin of my penis. It has been there for over a year and does not cause me any discomfort and is not very noticeable, it is just a series of fine bumps that are present. When my penis is flacid, you don't see it as the folds in the foreskin cover it, it is only noticeable when the my penis is erect. I am not sexually active and have thus far only been masturbating. There is always a delay from the time that I masturbate to the time that I have a bath, could my skin be reacting to the semen that is left on it? Is there a cream that I can use to treat it?

i went to the doctor and it turns out it is just caused by sweat and oils which block glands. it is harmless and can be gotten rid of by just keepin it clean

its a normal thing if it doesn't bother you as in : discharge, itchy, burning, white stuff coming out if it, pain. its normal its like having a curvy penis maybe it gives a more simulate pleasure. its my opinion i've never had a problem with it an so do women i just say "that was there" (as long as i can remember it). i have never realize i had those red bumps until the first time i masturbated. its either sensitive or numb during action use.

just ask: doctors, porn stars, or even just some of your friends i mean those that you can trust and have a serious conversation (which is probably unconformable).

Either wise you will most likely find out once you experience it while having sex/intercourse. And see if it have any affect on her. which is what i recommend the most. and make sure she is clean so you can know for sure if its anything transmitted?

As i said i have never had a problem with it, no HIV no sexual disease of any sort. so just give it a try if u never tried it?

Hi. I am 14, and I also have this. I haven't really noticed this until some time last year, when it got really swollen. It was only swollen for one day, but from then, I've always being curious, and it is really embarrassing. Is there any way to treat it without visiting a doctor? I don't want to tell my mum and dad either :/

While it is hard to be sure without actually seeing the rash, the bumps you describe could be what are called pearly penile papules – harmless growths that appear around the crown of the penis, under the foreskin in guys who are not circumcised. These are completely normal and nothing to worry about. The redness and rash could be simple irritation or a minor skin infection. Your best bet is to see a doctor for a firm diagnosis; in the meantime, be sure to clean yourself properly, and you can help keep the skin healthy by using a penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil) that provides nutrients that the skin needs to stay soft and smooth.

Good luck!

Fortunately for you idiots, it is most probably thrush. Next time, if you have a problem, don't wait a year before posting on a message board. SEE A DOCTOR!
