i want to ask all d tumy xrcse in order to reduce my tumy+thigh fat. d tumy+thigh fat is fully vibrational/jiggling wen i move/jump. but dont want to reduce much my face.

nutrition is the key - besides cardio and weight lifting. Protein is the most fulfilling macronutrient in nutrition. The bad news is that is mainly found in meat and fish. However, there are some types of vegan food that are rich in protein too (beans, chia seeds, quinoa, oats..) Since you are vegetarian you can eat cottage cheese (very rich in proteins) and eggs - particularly egg whites!
