I would greatly appreciate getting help on this urgent matter.......I am almost afraid to get out of bed, because I feel the danger of falling down sideways/backwards etc. all the time.....It is getting worse the last weeks, and no doctor has been able to diagnose this problem up to now...pls help.....

From previous experience your symptoms look a little like what is called Meniere's Disease or a vestibular irritation in the inner ear.
