Facial Swelling After a Fall

I feel on Friday and hit my head pretty hard.  I have a nice 2 to 3 inch gash on my forehead which is beginning to heal after consistent applications of peroxide, neosporin, and liquid bandage.  What worries me is that I had a nice bump on my forehead and some pain on the bridge of my nose.  I woke up for work this morning to find my nose swollen and into my eyes in the tear duct section.  Also, the bump on my head seems to be tied into my nose.  My nose is stuffy but never bled and the pain seems too mild to be a break.  I did have a bad headache right after the fall but this has since gone away and I seem to have no signs of a concussion.  It's just this new swelling that is scaring me... anyone have any thoughts??
