I've been having pressure in my head for about a week and a half. It's not pain, but pressure. The main places I feel the pressure are deep in my ears, on my head above the base of my neck, above my forehead, and across the bridge of my nose. Also, when I focus my eyes on something with a backlight (like the gas symbol or oil symbol on a car's dash), it moves up and down, almost like a wave. It seems to get worse throughout the day, and almost isn't there for the first hour or two after I wake up. I've been to the doctor and I don't have a sinus infection. I've been to an ENT, and I don't have TMJ or an ear infection. The ENT gave me a steroid pack to take for 6 days and nosepray to use in case something was swollen. I've recently discontinued Celexa and wonder if it might be related. I haven't seen that head pressure is a withdrawal symptom. I've been back on a lower dose of Celexa for about a week now and the pressure is still here (though not as bad), so I'm not sure if the small dose is curbing some of the withdrawal (if that's what it is) or if the steroids temporarily took down swelling. Sorry this is long; I'm trying to explain everything the best that I can.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks so much for any help or advice you can offer.
