I have what appears to be a blind pimple just below my left eyebrow. It's a little painful and I squeezed it to relieve the pressure. Water and very little blood came out, but the pimple is still there. It has been two days now. Yesterday morning, when I awoke, my left eye was swollen and smaller than my right eye. As the day went on, the swelling seemed to go down, but the pimple was still there and painful. This morning when I awoke, my pimple is still there and painful, and my face is swollen on the left side. What could this be? I am getting scared. I am a 51-year-old female; in pretty good shape except that I take Norvasc and HCTZ for hypertension. I am not overweight and I exercise and my blood pressure is under control with my medication.

phyll1s - did you ever find out what this was? My daughter has the EXACT same symptoms ... down to the left eyebrow blind pimple and swelling of the left side of the face. It was so swollen up that I took her to the doctor this morning. Doctor not sure what it was ... but is treating it like shingles, or "Herpes Zoster." Weird. I told her it must have been a blind pimple, but it seems I was wrong. She's had this for over a week now.
