It may be a combination of things. I have this problem also. Ask a close friend or family member to smell your breath also (it may be the same)... It seems (from my research, I'm no proffesional) that you have a constipation problem that has become inpacted. Possible a ilelcouse valve problem and leaky gut syndrome...
