Whenever I go out in sun, I feel cold, my body temperature drops and I feel really dizzy and have a severe headache. Also I feel fatigued and really tired. Sometimes I feel that lot of needles are being poked in my back or chest or both sometimes due to the cold feeling. It only goes away when I take a rest. Can anybody advise me what is the problem I have. I consulted a doctor and he said its allergy from sun rays but I dont think so.

I tend to agree with your doctor. Sun allergy, though rare, does occur in some people. You can try antihistamine to see if this helps your situation. Since stress can aggravate an abnormal immune response, stress reduction can help reduce the duration and severity of your symptoms.

I know that a sun allergy sounds really strange but it sounds like you have classic symptoms of it. I had a friend who had it as well. And what hoseclamps has suggested is quite true. What you should try is taking an antihistamine to help alleviate symptoms, but also try to limit your sun exposure so that you do not aggravate the condition. I know it sounds weird, but it's what your problem appears to be. How long has this been going on?
