Feel pregnant, but heavy period?

Hi. I got my last depo shot around the end of August and havent been able to get it again because I was moving and couldnt afford it. My period pretty much comes whenever it wants to. So feb 27 I got my period, it was really heavy, as it usually is. I have unprotected sex with my bf quite often as we've been together for 2 and a half years. So a week after feb 27th, I had wierd wierd cramps. they felt a little low to be period cramps. I don't think I'm emotional-well. no more than usual anyways hahaha. Anyway... I ve had wierd cramps, my breasts feel like....someone punched my nipples and that theyre sweeling  up because of it. I feel nautious before I sleep a lot of the time...and i got the wierd urge to drink lemon juice which really really helped... and yeah. just got my period yesterday... just as heavy as normal. But i hear you can still get your period when you're pregnant. Which my mom did.

nausea...

theres little bumps around my areola now all of a sudden...
i can see veins in my areola

and yeah I know. take a HPT. I'm going to see my dr on the 5th. I just really like hearing peoples thoughts and opinions so i know what to maybe expect.
