Since the birth of my daughter about 19 months ago, I have been experiencing brain fog, a feeling I describe as being half asleep or drugged out kinda feeling. My eyes are constantly effected 24/7 day and night. It's like the world has lost the brightness it once had for me, like im in a dream. It's like a dark film is over my eyes and im able to see as clear and as in depth as I once did. It goes up and down but is always there.
I also feel light headed as if Im goig to faint sometimes.
Ive had an ENT specialist look at my ears a nurologist Ive been to a Phycologist nothing has helped.
I have another appointment with another nurologist and Im going to see a naturalpath, I also have an appointment with a chiropractor.
Ive had blood tests, MRI, CT, eye exam everything is fine they say.
Is there anyone out there that has the same symptoms? I feel so scared and alone, I want my own life back so I can enjoy spending time with my daughter and not have to suffer with this.
Just because all of this satrted after I had my baby all the doctors dont seem to take my seriously, they think it's just depression but I know it is not. I was on medication Cymbalta but I felt more horrible so I stopped taking it, It never resolved my symptoms at all.

ask yourself honestly... are you worried about your daughter or your job or something.
counsel yourself. think!
is something happening that vexed you or left you worried..

Hi, I was wondering if you had resolved your problem. My brother has been living in a "dream state", since the age of 16. He is now 45 years old. Since his stroke last year, it's been worse. We've seen a lot of doctors as well as psychiatrists, nobody seems to know what the problem is. Tomorrow, we're going to see a sleep disorder clinique for Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder, or anything that has to do with his half-awake half in a dream like sensation.
Take care,
Mina

Hi Mina nothing yet no the doctors don't take me seriously they tell me it's depression when I know my body and I know it is NOT depression. Im still suffering with this, It's horrible living like this, im sorry to hear about your brother. I know what his going through, I haven't as yet had a sleep study done but it would be a great Idea to look into.
