My husband gets these symptoms.
It starts off with a migraine , then feels dizzy constantly & feels as if he is living in a dream.
He can't feel things properly eg if he cuts himself he cannot feel it. to it's full extent. It is like someone has numbed him & he has no feeling in his body.
We have been to doctors previously as the first time it hit him he was bed ridden for nearly a month. These symptoms re-occur every year & the doctors say it's stress but we believe it is something more
