First of all BIG HUGS!!!! 2nd you need to find a new doctor! That is c**p about not being able to do anything about circulation problems! What is happening is this, when you are about to have a period - your uterus is surrounded by veins - which become engorged! The more engorged they are with blood the worse the pain! then the next month the lining is heavier - instead of the veins! Does that make sense?
What I REALLY suspect is that you have is a nerve problem in your Femoral Triangle - which involves around your uterus and down your legs! I Would like you to ask to see a gynecologist and have a vaginal uterine pelvic ultrasound - to determine if you have any polyps or cysts! Are you overweight, diabetic, suffer from blood pressure disorders etc.? You can have Fermoral nerve Dysfunction - which can happen from trauma, blood engorgement, operations, blockage or a pinched nerve etc. Don't take "NO!" for an answer! Even if you have dismenorrhea, it doesn't take away from the fact that you are in agony! Are you on the pill? This can REALLY help with period pain!

Since you have low blood pressure and alreayd ciruclatory problems, I think that it has a lot to do with your probelms at your period time! So when your pelvis becomes engorged, it is taking away your much needed blood from th rest of your body! I truly think you need to be seen by a gynecologist! To have un ultrasound on your pelvis!
