first time masturbating (with a pencil) and i bled a little and now it stings to pee!

I masturbated with a pencil that i cleaned only a few hours ago and it felt good but also stung a little bit. Now it stings when i pee and there was a little bit of blood at the time though that has gone away now. is this normal?? I’m too scared to talk to my parents as they don’t know I’ve been discovering myself and I’m too embarrassed to say anything to them because we don’t have a good relationship. Is this serious or should i stop worrying?
