i had my tubes tied(clipped) over a year ago when I was 23. For the past week i have been feeling fluttering and twitching in lower stomach. Lower back pain getting more intense for the past week as well. I get bad cramping like I am going to start my cycle but nothing. I am 3 days late and really confused what is the failure rate of tubal ligation with clips in younger women under 26?

I'm really sorry to hear that you are feeling some twitching and lower back pain can be awful. You are probably just late due to other stress in your life but tubal ligation is not perfect and you can still get pregnant with it so I dn't mean to freak you out, but it is a possibility. Keep us posted and let us know if you do happen to have your period okay?
