I had surgery on my uterus 3 days ago and still fell dizzy and foggy. I have trouble concentrating and am concerned something happened while I was under anaesthetic. I saw a doctor yesterday and everything is normal. I should be over this by now, why do I still feel weird?

The affects of anesthesia can stay in your system for more than a few days. I think you should give things a little more time to settle down. I've had two C-Sections and the anesthesia was the worse part. Give it a week and then get back to your doctor. Drink lots of water too. It sounds like your in the normal range. However, if the symptoms worsen at all, get to your doctor right away and don't settle for, "I don't know." Let us know how your are doing. Good luck.

You can get dizzy from anesthesia few days after the surgery. So you might give it a rest a little bit, and you should be fine.
How are you doing now? Is your condition ok? Please keep us posted.

My son had lasik. He did just great after the surgery. He had foggy vision for about 1 day. However, he seems to have magic eyes or something. He had worn contacts since he was 11 years old. I don't know if he cleaned them or removed them more than twice a year. LOL....Of course I am exhaggerating, but he sure didn't take care of them. He was almost legally "blind." He has had a lot of success with solutions. It is now about 4 years since his surgery and no problems. I think you'll be fine.
