I'm a 24 year old, healthy male, with two internal (Grade 3) hemorrhoids. I made an earlier post last week explaining the physical and mental issues I've dealt with regarding my hemorrhoids. How they have completely taken over my life. After a year of research and exploring forums like this one, I've finally mustered up the courage to schedule surgery with a well regarded doctor. I feel as I prepared myself as best as I can. Although, I absolutely do not know what to expect. This is my first surgery, I've never been in real pain. Never even broken a bone. That being said, if anybody can provide additional advice/tips to help me better my experience, I'd greatly appreciate it! Please send good energy my way during this process! I'm going to try to do daily updates regarding my recovery in this thread.
