Recently during sex my foreskin came back much further than usual. I noticed cause I felt a burning sensation and then saw it had split all the way around my penis.
After a few days now I keep checking and cleaning my wound I noticed my foreskin goes back much further and I can see under the skin. Kinda looks gross and hurts like hell when I try to wash.
Have I done some permenant damage here?
Will it reattach like a wound closes?
I've refrained from having sex so far but I can't erection at night and it really hurts

See a urologist, soon, for an evaluation. They specialize in the male reproductive system and can determine if it needs stitches or what.
It may heal with a scar, we can't know. Get it checked. You also don't want it to get infected which is VERY easy around the genitals.
