That is just silly. I have this problem too but not all the time and I find it is worse around Spring. I started using a saline nasal spray and the problem significantly improved so the lady suggesting the saline nasal bath is probably on to something.

Perhaps it is related to Yeast?

Some noticed a correlation between the foul smell and eating dairy (like cheese, which is fermented dairy) and others said they don't eat dairy at all, but lots of non-dairy foods are fermented and still use yeast. Something to consider.

I have the same problems with a smelly sneeze, but also having a little breathing problem.  I can breath fine but it feels like its restricted and when I take a deep breath it causes me to cough. Both things started about the same time. Anyone else have this problem?

It is possible that you have some sort of bacteria or infection in your stomach causing the foul smell. I had this for some time until I was diagnosed with ulcer caused H. Pylori bacteria. I had undergone antibiotics for 10 days taking Amoxicillin and Metronidazole. I noticed that the smell problem was gone too after my medication.

Yes I do have this smelly sneeze that comes on and off ...  i suspect that it caused by your stomach sphincter? I did an endoscopy  last year and my Doctor said that i have abnormal sphincter. Causing my throat to be sensitive. He told me to avoid certain food and exercise regularly.

There are about three to four culprits that are responsible for a person's sneeze to smell bad. The culprits include the following: a sinus infection, common bad breath, gum disease, and the accumulation of mucus in the respiratory tract. According to ENT experts, these are the major reasons a person's sneeze will smell bad.

Mine smell like bees wax and I thought I was the only one that could smell them until I was in the car and sneezed and my friend smelt my sneeze too. I've had this affliction for 20 years. Had it before I got my tonsils/adenoids out 3 years ago and since then.... Strange

This worked for me, I think the people here mentioning the tonsils are on the right track!

Those sound like tonsiliths also called tonsil stones. Its an immune thing, has something to do with the nasty stuff tonsils prevent from getting in your body.
