Hi All.......................... Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2015

Enjoy sneezing this year without smell lol.

I think most of you people are drinking milk everyday. Avoid that, you won't get foul smell on sneeze then.

i know i'm years late, i found this on google so i thought i'd contribute and hopefully might help someone else with perspective and info like you all did. i had this problem when i was a teenager (before i was sexually active, drank coffee or smoked anything) which the doctor i had didn't care about but it started getting less frequent and would be months between stinky sneezes. i had one today that was terrible! i had a coffe today. i quit coffee last week and before then i'd have one each day so that may have triggered it. i also had an scan (cat scan i think) of my head because i experience vertigo. which showed i had blocked sinuses. the dr gave me carum duo which made me horribly ill so i didn't finish the dosage after 2 days. this leads me to agree with the person who says antibiotics aren't good for us (not to mention they are creating stronger pathogen generations). on top of this my tcm herbalist says i have a long standing virus in me that i need to expell so has given me chinese cold medication. i also have chronic sticky, thick phlem in the mornings. i'm not i smoker but i was for a couple of years (i quit about 1 year ago) but i think the phlem is more related to the sinus block/stinky sneeze and maybe my bad liver. (in chinese medicine the type of phlem i get is related to heat in the lungs that comes up from the liver. my liver has indirectly created other conditions so i suspect it might have something to do with my ear nose and throat

To all the people saying it is tonsil stones, if you read any of the replies you would know that many of the people reporting the same issue have had their tonsils removed so nope, sorry, you haven't solved the problem. I have the same issue as long as I can remember and have no tonsils, dental problems, marijuana use, or bad chi to speak of. My sneezes smell like jasmine; I like to think of them as one of my more charming quirks.

Dont do it on tap water. Its absolutely dangerous you need to get distilled water. Tap water will directly make viruses/bacteria flow to your brains and it wont be easy to get it off. People have died.

need to use a ear bud and take out those stones from the tonsils. Tonsils basically prevent bad bugs and bacteria from hurting human body and isolate them in the form of the tonsiloliths.....which smell bad. That takes care of that part.
secondly a neti pot will do a great job cleaning sinuses. That should solve 90% of the problem. If that doesn't then an ent or a pulmonologist should look into a bacterial infection of your lungs......

I used to pick those balls out of the pockets in my tonsils before I had them removed. They are common and called tonsilloliths. Mine were white because I wiggled them out of my tonsils quite often; never had one come out of my nose but I'm sure it originated from his tonsils.

did you ever find out why? Why I have the same issue

My sneezes have a very strong odor. After I sneeze, it smells like flowers and feet put together at the same time. My sneezes sound like, "BIZZZZSSSSCHSSCHHHHOUUUU." I sneeze really loud and hard. The smell lasts for a good two minutes. Sometimes I'll leave the room and come back and the smell is in the area I sat in. It seems to linger for a good two minutes before it is on my shirt for the next hour. If I sneeze like that in class, people start to sniff.
