I'm 16 years old and had sex without a condom last night. I've always been aware that I had tight foreskin, however after having sex 4 times previously with no real issue I imagined I wouldn't run into such trouble.

This is one of the most painful things that have ever happened to me, and it burns to urinate. It even stung a little when I showered myself. I also don't think I've ever bled so much. %-)

Now my questions are:
Will the frenulum grow back loser/longer in order to avoid this situation again?
Will it be permanently weaker?
What can I do to make it heal or is it just a case of time?
How long until I can resume "normal service"?
Is there anything else I should do/be aware of?
