Hello,
since the girl is only 14 there are good chances that this bone pain is actually caused by growth spur, especially since she has no muscle pain and no problems with walking. Is the pain located in one spot, or does it radiate through her entire leg?
It wouldn't hurt to do an x-ray and make sure the bone is not partially broke - or if it was broken in the ossr, the x-ray will show if the bone healed correctly
